Paper or Plastic is usually the question at high end grocery stores like Whole Foods. As an earth-conscious person, what is the better choice when given the choice? According to The Washington Post, and the obvious choice is neither.

Plastic Bag Production

  • Made from Oil
  • Most likely the plastic collected for recycling does not get recycled due to the high costs and no profit margin
  • Plastic is NOT Biodegradable

Solution? Get a strong bag and keep reusing it.

Bamboo: What’s So Great About It?

Bamboo has recently become a green movement “it” product, and there’s a very good reason for it. According to Core77 Design bamboo is “green, sustainable, strong, plentiful and profitable”.

As a fabric bamboo is incredibly soft and comfortable, absorbent, naturally breathable keeping you dry and comfortable.
