Coarse Toys. Unique. Limited Edition. Amazing Details. Perfect.

Not much of a toy collector myself, I don’t even own one but Coarse Toys makes me want one so bad. This is the perfection in toy making. From the packaging design to the finest details, Coarse Toys are sold before they’re even available, and some resale on eBay gets close to $1,000. Either way they’re Unique Limited Edition. Amazing Details. Perfect.

COLAB – The Science of Artistic Vision

Colab Logo
Colab Eyewear

The Colab range of eyewear brings a selection of individual designers and artists together. Colab facilitates the artists own design into production. There is no constraint, no rules to follow, no target market to appease.

Styles are limited to 1000 pairs worldwide.

Seasonally, Colab will invite new individuals and groups to create a range that mirrors their own personal artistic mentality into eyewear.

There is nothing as boring as fashion that is mass-produced, hashed, rehashed and just trash. We roll out a blank canvas and let our guest professors drop art with the Colab science of production.

Glowing Cities Under a Nighttime Sky

On my night time flight back to SF from Amsterdam, I noticed that the lights from cities were making the clouds glow. Really spectacular and ethereal – it was really seeing the impact of urban environments from a different perspective. Each glow or squiggle represents one town or city!

Poolga – Designer iPhone and iPod Touch Wallpapers

Poolga could be the newest source of art for the Apple digital generation. They’re not the average, cheesy wallpapers that come with the iPhone or found on one of those hundreds of iPhone wallpaper sites, but they’re created by designers from around the world.

Poolga works on an invite-only basis. If you feel your work fits the site and you want to participate, you can request an invitation. Make sure you include a Flickr stream or a link to your websites.

For all others, enjoy the art on your iPhone!
