At Piado we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase however, due to the nature of our products, we only issue returns on:

  • products that are defective due to flaws in manufacturing and/or workmanship
  • fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product
Returns must be processed within 15 days of the date on your receipt. If all the above are applicable to you, and wish to return a product, please fill in the form below, and wait for a return authorization email from us. It will include details to where you need to ship your returned items.
